ReviewKit provides a reputation management service that helps businesses collect customer feedback and direct happy customers to public review platforms like Google.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not manipulate the review funnel to intentionally violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Google's review policies).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewKit, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service.
